Have you planned your wedding but need a coordinator to tighten up last minute loose ends and manage your wedding day?

• Coordination includes (2) one hour planning meetings.
• 2 hours of coordination services for the wedding rehearsal.
• 8 hours for wedding day coordination.
• Does not include decor installation.
• Travel expenses additional if applicable. This rate includes travel within the Metro Detroit Area. 

What's Included:

• Coordination Services for Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception

•  Initial Consultation to discuss timeline, details and responsibilities

• Timeline of wedding day

•  Site walk-through of ceremony and reception location

•   Review all vendor contracts & confirm services

• Serve as main contact for vendors & Distribute final payments 

•  Distribute flowers to bridal party

•  Direct events according to agenda

•  Coordinate attendees and family members

•  Instruct and collaborate with on-site vendors

•  Manage last-minute changes

•  Access To Bridal Emergency Kit 

•  Set up personal items (flutes, guest book, cake cutter, favor placement, etc.)

Location must be in the Metro Detroit Area for this service.

The rate for Day Of Coordination is $2500. This is a $500 non-refundable retainer that will be applied to your balance.

Once you book, you will receive a contract and invoice to make monthly payments. The balance is due one month prior to the wedding date.
